Online Booking Portal – Terms of Service
By submitting a service request through this Online Booking Portal, you (“Customer”) agree to the following Terms of Service, which govern all work performed byArd Commercial Services LLC(“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Scope of Services
Ard Commercial Services LLC provides professionalinstallation, preventative maintenance, servicing, and repairof commercial restaurant equipment. We donotsell or supply equipment unless explicitly stated in writing.
All services are subject to technician availability, equipment type, site conditions, and parts availability.
2. Service Requests & Scheduling
Submitting a request through this portal constitutes a request for service, not a guarantee of immediate availability or resolution.
Appointment times are estimates and may change.
Same-day, emergency, and after-hours service is subject to availability and confirmation by our office.
We reserve the right to reschedule or delay service due to unforeseen circumstances, including technician availability, safety concerns, weather conditions, or access issues.
3. Emergency & After-Hours Service
Emergency, after-hours, weekend, and holiday service may be available atpremium rates, including increased labor, trip, or diagnostic fees.
Emergency service is intended to address urgent operational issues but does not guarantee immediate resolution or parts availability.
4. Access & Site Conditions
Customer is responsible for ensuring:
Safe, unobstructed access to the equipment
Equipment is accessible, powered, and ready for service
Compliance with all applicable safety, health, and local regulations
If equipment is inaccessible or unsafe, service may be delayed, rescheduled, or declined. Additional labor or return visit charges may apply.
5. Estimates & Authorization
Any estimates provided are non-binding and based on information available at the time. Final costs may change upon inspection and diagnosis.
By booking service, Customer authorizes Ard Commercial Services LLC to:
Perform diagnostics
Complete requested or approved repairs or maintenance
Use replacement parts as required, subject to approval when applicable
6. Service Agreements & Maintenance Contracts
Customers with active service agreements or preventative maintenance contracts are governed by the terms and scope of those agreements.
Coverage is limited to services expressly included in the contract
Repairs, parts, or labor outside the agreement scope will be billed separately
Preventative maintenance reduces risk but does not eliminate the possibility of equipment failure
7. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined on the invoice or service agreement.
Labor, trip charges, emergency fees, parts, and materials may apply.
Past-due balances may result in suspension or refusal of future service.
Accepted payment methods and due dates are specified on the invoice.
8. Cancellations & Missed Appointments
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made within a reasonable time prior to the scheduled appointment.
Missed appointments, denied access, or late cancellations may result in a trip charge or service fee.
9. Warranty & Limitation of Liability
Workmanship warranties, if any, are limited to the terms stated on the invoice or service agreement.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, improper use, or manufacturer defects.
Ard Commercial Services LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, food spoilage, or business interruption.
10. Customer-Provided Equipment or Parts
We do not guarantee the performance or longevity of customer-supplied equipment or parts unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
11. Accuracy of Information
Customer agrees to provide complete and accurate information when submitting service requests. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.
12. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service due to unsafe conditions, non-payment, abusive behavior, or circumstances beyond our control.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state in which Ard Commercial Services LLC operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Acceptance of Terms
Use of this Online Booking Portal constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service. These terms may be updated at any time, and continued use of the portal indicates acceptance of the most current version.
